Scottish Schools MiniBridge Championship 2010

Once again teams from the North District have swept the board in the Scottish Schools MiniBridge Championships held at Stirling Bridge Club on 9 March 2010.

Sixteen teams of four from schools all over Scotland took part in the Tournament with Aberdeen teams finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.  

The winning team of four was, Abi Hatcher-Davies and Anya Morrice, from Robert Gordon's Primary P7, Catherine Barrett, a P6 pupil from Ferryhill School and her brother Calum  an S1 pupil from Harlaw Academy.

The "Runners Up" by a narrow margin were four S1 pupils from Harlaw Academy, Jack Westland, Daniel Inglis, Donald Anderson and Chris Liversedge

In 3rd position were a P7 team from Broomhill School -Charlotte Cookson, Katie Howard, Oliver Smith and Sam McGrath.
