Congratulations to the team of Jun Nakamura–Pinder  Abigail Wilson, Gareth Lake and Adam Crighton who came 2nd in the Scottish Schools Bridge Championship.  Our team of newbies, all secondary 1 pupils from Harlaw Academy (the team mostly comprising the team that came second in the Mini-bridge Championship) Jack Westland, Daniel Inglis, Callum Barnett and Donald Anderson came 4th - both were very commendable results.  The winners were Ayr/Kirkcudbright with 112 (their team had 3 junior internationals playing); Aberdeen A had 96 for second place. In third were Hutchisons Grammar from Glasgow with 95 (with 2 junior internationals playing) and Harlaw heroes were 4th with 86.  All other teams were below the average of 70.
